Stone Separator

Stone Separator

Cereal grains fall on a sieve made of steel wire. The draft of air sucked from under the sieve makes the wheat spread over the sieve slightly float. The segregation boundary is clearly revealed. The amount of air flow and the tilt angle of the sieve can be adjusted. By means of these two settings, it is possible to adjust the degree of separation according to the type of wheat and the amount of stone it contains. Air pressure is adjusted with a special gauge. The fact that the air distribution is equal and uniform on the entire sieve surface and that the vibration provided by the vibrator allows a very uniform distribution of wheat has increased the separation sensitivity to the highest level.
