Upright Drying Washing
With the water level control in the washing tank, light materials such as straw and husk float on the water, and heavy materials that settle to the bottom are separated with the help of the gravel helix. After washing, the grain products are purified from excess water by centrifugal effect with the help of rapidly rotating pallets in the drying section. It is used for washing wheat with water. Washing is done in the horizontal part of the machine, drying is done in the vertical part. The spirals in the horizontal part carry the product, wash it and perform the stone separation function. Washed wheat is discharged from the upper side. The duration of the grain in the water is determined by adjusting the entrance door of the wheat to the tank. The machine is produced as CrNi upon request.
