Moisture and heat of incoming wheat are measured sensitively. The moisture of the wheat is measured with a sensitively of +/- 0.1% between 7.0% / 25.0%. The hectorolith of wheat is measured at a sensitivity of +/- 0.1 between 70.0 / 85.0 Kg / Hectolitre. In order to bring the desired dampness, the targeted moisture rate is determined according to the flow amount of the goods and automatically the amount of water to be obtained is calculated and the water is automatically given. The water to be dispensed is controlled automatically or manually by motorized valve. With the aid of an electronic meter, the rate of water passing through 0.01 is measured.
